MOBI participates at the 19th Conference on Power Electronics and Applications (and Exhibition), EPE’17 ECCE (Energy Conversion Congress and Expo) with two publications.

Lithium-Ion Batteries: Comprehensive Technical Analysis Of Second-Life Batteries For Smart Grid Applications is co-authored by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Monem Ali, prof. dr. Omar Hegazy, prof. Dr. Noshin Omar, prof. Dr. Peter Van den Bossche and Khiem Trad (VITO). This publication will be presented by prof. dr. Omar Hegazy during the dialogue session in the Exhibition Hall (14/09/2017, 14h).

Prof. Dr. Omar Hegazy is also Chair for the session Standard and Advanced Control techniques for Power Converters I (12/09/2017, 14h, room 4_C). 

Design, Modeling And Control Of A Bidirectional Wireless Power Transfer For Light-Duty Vehicles: G2v And V2g Systems is co-authored by Yang YangYassine BenômarMohamed El-Baghdadi, MOBI’s research associates for Power Electronics, prof. dr. Omar Hegazy and Prof. dr. Joeri Van Mierlo. Yang Yang will present his paper during the lecture session, also on Thursday 14/09/2017, at 11h50 in room 4_D.

Prof. dr. Joeri Van Mierlo is Chair of the sessions Power Supplies (12/09/2017, 14h, room 4_E) and Micro Grids (13/09/2017, 10h10, room 4_A).
